It is not a price-comparison site and it will not tell you what a unit near you costs.

Most coverage of the self-storage market in 2026 is either trade-press summary or investor-relations material. This site reads the filings, links every figure back to its SEC EDGAR source, and is explicit about what is not publicly available rather than filling the gap with estimates. In September 2026 that principle cost us three layers of content: the state $/sqft table, the unit-size price matrix and every figure sourced to a subscription research product were all withdrawn.
